Recommended Use

Ideal for hamsters, gerbils, mice, and similar-sized small animals. Best suited for indoor use in living rooms, bedrooms, or home offices where temperatures stay between 60–80°F. The 3-tier layout suits active pets that benefit from vertical exercise space. Not recommended for rabbits, guinea pigs, or animals larger than 1 lb.

How to Use
  1. Lay out all parts and assemble the base tray first, then snap on wire panels tier by tier — full setup takes approximately 8 minutes with no tools required.
  2. Place 2–3 inches of bedding in the deep base tray, install the exercise wheel, fill the water bottle, add food to the bowl, and introduce your pet through one of the two front doors.
Care and Maintenance

Spot-clean the base tray daily by removing soiled bedding. Do a full tray wash weekly with mild soap and warm water — rinse thoroughly and dry before refilling with fresh bedding. Wipe metal wire panels monthly with a damp cloth to prevent mineral buildup from the water bottle. Replace water bottle contents every 2 days to prevent bacterial growth.

Important Limitations

Indoor use only — do not place in direct sunlight, near heating vents, or in drafty areas. Not suitable for animals weighing over 1 lb or with a body width greater than 0.35". The 4.2 oz water bottle is sized for one small animal; households with multiple pets should supplement with an additional bottle. Ramps are designed for hamster-sized pets — heavier animals may flex them.
