How to Use
- Place the pad flat inside a crate, bed, or whelping box — do not place on a sofa or elevated surface.
- Route the steel-armored cord out of your pet's reach and plug into a standard 110V outlet.
- Turn the dial to High (113°F) to warm up quickly — takes under 5 minutes.
- Switch to Low (95°F) once the pad reaches target temperature to maintain steady warmth.
- Turn off and unplug whenever you leave the room or the home.
Care and Maintenance
- Unplug before every cleaning — never clean while powered.
- Wipe the waterproof leather surface with a damp cloth weekly or after any soiling.
- Do not submerge, machine wash, or dry-clean — internal heating wire will be damaged.
- Allow the pad to dry completely before plugging back in.
- Store flat — do not fold or roll, as creasing the heating wire can damage internal circuits.
