Recommended Use

Best for puppies and adult cats that overheat indoors or in kennels during summer. Ideal for short-haired breeds (Chihuahuas, Dachshunds, Pugs) and cats that prefer cool surfaces. Works on hardwood, tile, or inside a crate. Not recommended for outdoor use in direct sun — keep in shaded, ventilated spaces.

How to Use
  1. Locate the fill valve on the edge of the mat.
  2. Open the valve and fill with cool tap water — do not overfill; leave about 20% air space so the mat stays flexible.
  3. Close and press the valve firmly until it clicks shut.
  4. Lay the mat flat on any stable surface.
  5. Introduce your pet gradually — let them sniff and step on it at their own pace.
  6. To store, open the valve, drain completely, and fold flat.
Care and Maintenance
  • Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild dish soap after each use.
  • Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry fully before storing — trapped moisture can cause odor.
  • Replace the water every 3–5 days during active use to prevent stagnation.
  • Inspect the valve and seams weekly for slow leaks; press the valve fully closed after each refill.

Important Limitations
